The take over

As of April 11, 2019, all activities of MRC Techniek have been continued under the name GBS Machining Services in Schiedam.

With the takeover, no less than 90% of MRC Techniek's staff could be retained, as well as all machines and the location on the Damen site.

Due to the specialization, the name of MRC Techniek changed into GBS Machining Services.

Substantial investments have been made in the renovation of the building ( renovation ) and greater diversity among the staff has been ensured.
